Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics (FRP)

Corrosion resistant, lightweight, low conductivity & easy installation for your individual needs.

Our fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) materials are a great choice for applications that require a strong, proven material that will not corrode, rot or rust.  Additionally, FRP material is non-conductive, non-magnetic, non-sparking and theft resistant.  It is lightweight (80% less than steel & 30% less than aluminum) making installation easier and reducing transportation cost and can be cut, drilled & assembled with standard tools. 

Common applications include:  Catwalks, Platforms, Walkways, WWTP Weirs & Baffles, Retention Pond Skimmers, Ladders, Pump Tables, etc.

Metal

Steel, aluminum and stainless steel custom fabrication for your project

We provide standard stock items as well as custom fabrication. Our metal capabilities include, welding, shearing, bending, CNC Rotary & Plasma cutting.  Certified welders are on staff to take care of your most important projects.  We are an approved FDOT Miscellaneous Metals Fabricator and supply product to a multitude of industries. 

Common applications include:  FDOT Index items, Trash Racks, Trash Screens, Ladders, Walkways, etc.

Stormwater

Custom and standard products from the industry leader

We supply the stormwater market with various products and have the flexibility to supply these products in your material of choice including; fiberglass, aluminum, steel, stainless steel and galvanized steel.  From retention pond skimmers to custom designed trash racks and screens we deliver on time, every time.

Common applications:  Structure Mount Skimmers, Post Mount Skimmers, MES Pipe Grates, Manatee Gates, Pedestrian Grates, Diverters, etc.

Marine & Dock

Design, engineering and supply and deck & dock components.

We supply FRP marine & dock products containing a UV inhibitor and will not rot, rust or corrode.  Utilizing our 70% open area grating will permit waves to flow thru the deck during a hurricane surge rather than lifting and floating wooden deck boards which can become a navigational hazard.  The open area of the dock will allow the sunlight to penetrate under the dock to foster vegetative growth that will enhance the development of fish habitats contributing to sound Eco System Management. 

Common applications:  Beams, Grating, Pilings, Seawalls, etc.

How retention ponds are vital for the environment

Retention ponds or "wet ponds" are ponds constructed to treat and store stormwater runoff. Retention ponds are permanent pools of standing water and eventually empty into a receiving water body. Forebays can be included in the design of a retention pond to "pretreat" the stormwater before it spills over into the major water feature.  Water is treated through sedimentation and nutrient uptake.
